Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including potential clients.
Generate income for to an agreed annual target
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets
Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations and designers, to ensure successful delivery of events
Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
Attending industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Hire & Manage Team for sales & client servicing
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong understanding of the event planning and event industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
Ready to travel
