Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with event goals and target audience
preferences. - Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, social
media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials. - Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive event registrations, ticket sales, and
engagement through SEO, PPC, social media, and other online platforms. - Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create compelling posts, and interact with the audience to
increase event visibility and engagement. - Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows to nurture
leads and maintain attendee engagement. - Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies
based on insights to improve ROI and conversion rates. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including event planners, designers, and sales, to ensure
cohesive marketing strategies and messaging. - Brand Management: Uphold brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and
communications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Minimum 1 year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (Google
Analytics, etc.). - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
