Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with event goals and target audience preferences.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive event registrations, ticket sales, and engagement through SEO, PPC, social media, and other online platforms.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create compelling posts, and interact with the audience to increase event visibility and engagement.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows to nurture leads and maintain attendee engagement.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including event planners, designers, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging.
Brand Management: Uphold brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
Minimum 1 year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the events industry.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
